What delivery services do you offer?

Our standard delivery is 2-3 working days or our express is 1-2 working days by courier (which you can choose at checkout). We can also offer Special delivery, Saturday delivery and international delivery. However please contact us for pricing on these specific services as each gift differs in size and weight.

Can my order be delivered to a different address?

Yes absolutely, during the checkout process you can choose a delivery address.

Do you deliver internationally?

Absolutely! We can deliver our wonderful gifts all around the world! Please contact us for pricing as all our gifts differ in size and weight.

Can I collect by purchase in person?

If you are local to us or you just happen to be passing our door, you are very welcome to collect your order between 9am and 6pm, therefore we will not charge you delivery. We are based near Guildford, Surrey. Please let us know before you place your order if you wish to collect it in person.

Can I specify a delivery date?

Yes of course, if you let us know before you place the order we can ensure we mark the delivery date down and ensure you choose the correct delivery service at checkout.

What if my order is delivered damaged?

Please check the goods on delivery. If goods are delivered damaged or faulty you must inform us within 5 days of delivery and we will arrange collection and replacement at our expense. If you do not inform us within 5 days we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns & Refunds

How can I cancel or return my order?

Corporate Baby offer a 14 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will give a full refund provided that goods are returned to us in perfect condition with the original packaging, by Royal Mail Special delivery, within 14 days of you having received them. NB: Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of items which have been worn except.

Ordering & Payment

Can you source items that are not on your website?

Yes, we are able to purchase a wide range of items from our suppliers, please let us know what you are looking for and we will try our very best to source it for you.

What if I want to change the contents of the gift?

No problem at all, as all of our gift sets are created in house, we are very flexible if you want to change the qty or item for another product. We will work with you to create the perfect gift and tweak that price accordingly depending on your amendments. We also have a Build Your Own section which is perfect if you want to have a go at creating your own bespoke gift set. If you do have any question at all we are on hand to help!

What’s included in the price?

Each product has a list of contents, however if you require anything changing e.g. quantity or type of product, please do get in touch as we can chat through your requirements. We are very flexible and can adapt any of our gifts to your budget.

How will I know you have received my order?

You will receive a confirmation email from our system and we will also email you in person too!

Can I order over the telephone?

Yes of course you can, we are very happy to take your order verbally and can take payment over the phone.

Can I order in person?

If you are local, you are very welcome to pop in and order in person, we can take cash or we can put through your order via our online payment process in the office whilst you are here.

Is the product cheaper online than in store?

No, as we are mainly online, there is no difference in price at all if you come and collect and pay for your order in person.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards e.g. MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Amex and also PayPal and BACS transfers or we can accept cheque or cash. Please note if paying by BACS or cheque we have to wait for funds to clear before dispatching an order.
